How Email Archive works

The new Qboxmail Email Archive simplifies and speeds up business email archiving.
Activate it for entire domains or individual email accounts to save a copy of all sent and received messages automatically.
Each user gets a read-only twin mailbox where emails are organized into Received and Sent folders, sorted by year.

With Email Archive, you can:

• Easily view archived messages, organized by year and categorized into Received/Sent.

• Search emails using a full-text indexing system

• Mark important messages with a star icon

• View the source code of a message

• Print or export emails in .eml format

• Recover emails even if deleted or in case of technical issues

• Download attachments, individually or in bulk

How to get started?

Email Archive is an optional service.
During activation, you can choose to import existing messages through a guided process. Once configured, all sent and received emails will be archived automatically.
