If you’re already a Qboxmail partner, this guide will help you activate the White Label service and explore all available customization options.
White Label allows you to customize Qboxmail’s services with your own brand. With this solution, all tools – from the Control Panel to Webmail and Mail Time Machine – are branded with your logo, keeping Qboxmail’s infrastructure in the background. Offering a White Label solution enhances your brand identity and gives you a competitive edge.

With Qboxmail, you can offer a fully customized email hosting service with different options:
The White Label option removes all direct references to Qboxmail.
The domains used are neutral, without any mention of the Qboxmail brand.
White Label is available immediately for all our partners.
Want to customize access URLs? With Web Label, you can set your own addresses for Webmail, the Control Panel, Email Archive, and Mail Time Machine. This option works on one or multiple domains, allowing you and your clients to have a unique URL, e.g., webmail.yourcompany.com.
For full customization, Private Label is the best choice. Your users can access POP, IMAP, SMTP, DAV, ActiveSync, Webmail, the Control Panel, Email Archive, and Mail Time Machine using a custom domain with a dedicated SSL certificate. You can also configure MX and SPF records directly in your clients’ DNS settings.
From the Control Panel, go to the “Customizations” section (on the left-hand menu) to upload your company logo and choose the main colors that define your brand. This option lets you maintain a consistent look across all tools – Control Panel, Webmail, Backup tool, and Email Archive – or create unique experiences for different clients. It’s a flexible way to make every environment truly yours.
To activate White Label (and the Web Label or Private Label options), you need to be an authorized Qboxmail partner.
Log into the Control Panel and go to the “Pricing” page. Here, you can check how many accounts you manage and their associated costs.
Scroll to “Additional Services” and click “Request” under the option you want (Web Label or Private Label).
Once you submit the request, Qboxmail’s technical team will automatically open a support ticket and guide you through the setup. You’ll need to provide your domain and configure the required DNS records pointing to Qboxmail.
