During the order procedure, you will must to chose name, plan, number and size of mailboxes of each domain you need.
You can choose between 3 types of payment:
If you want to change your payment method you can contact our support sending a Ticket by entering the your request.
If you have a PayPal account you can choose to automate payments so you don’t have to worry about making them anymore.
You can activate this option by writing a Ticket to our customer service and creating a withdrawal authorization.
To do this, go to Customer area > Administration > Manage my PayPal > Create New Billing Agreement.
At any time you can contact us and request a change of payment method.

Enter all contact details > Check to configure as a Subaccount with Customer Area access > Check Email Administration – Invoices and Invoice Reminders.
Finally, choose which other permissions to assign to the new contact.
The prices indicated on the Prices page refer to the cost of an 8 GB mailbox with the Basic, Professional and Enterprise plan.
You can easily calculate the monthly cost of a 25 GB, 50 GB or 100 GB mailbox, storage and additional sending by adding the figures indicated to the 8 GB mailbox:
From your Customer Area you can view the history of all invoices and the status of payments.
Access the Customer Area and click on Invoices .
Shortly before the service expires, a Proforma Document will be sent to you for renewal. If you decide to renew the service, after making the payment, you will receive the payment confirmation and the courtesy invoice.
Within about 2 days we will generate the XML of your invoice and send it to the Revenue Agency.
Usually after 3 or 4 days from the payment confirmation you will be able to see the electronic invoice in your fiscal drawer.
The plan can be activated at the domain level, so all the mailboxes belonging to that domain will have the same plan.
Sure! The dimension can be activated at the mailbox level, not at the domain level.
Remember that, while the 25GB mailboxes can be activated for all plans, the 50GB and 100GB mailboxes can only be activated on the Professional (50GB) and Enterprise (50GB and 100GB) plans.
